Saturday before the Chapter Meeting
Dealership Meet and Greet

On the Saturday before the Chapter Meeting we set up a table at the Rocky Mountain Harley Davidson Dealership and promote the best chapter in the city! If you can stop in and volunteer to hang out for an hour or so, anytime between 11-2, that would be fantastic. Chances are good that new, prospective members will be at the dealership looking at bikes, parts, or motor clothes. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to talk to some folks, tell them about our chapter, and get them to become members. It is a fun way to spend a couple of hours, AND, you will get AWOL points (for your book) just for helping out. Just stop in, hang out, get some points, maybe do some shopping yourself, and help us out in growing our membership. Even if you can only stay for an hour, the more the merrier!!!

Fourth Tuesday of the Month - Pizza Night

5:30 PM - Meet in the Volunteer Room

You are invited to join the Rocky Mountain Chapter at Children's Hospital, Tuesday evening for Pizza Night.

We meet inside the front doors around 5:30 and begin serving pizza at 6:00 . We serve pizza on six floors of the hospital to the patients and their families. We stay until 7:00 or until the pizza is gone, whichever comes first.

If you have never experienced this before, it really is something you should do at least once. Seeing the smiling faces of the kids as they get the unexpected treat of pizza being served by a bunch of leather-clad bikers is really something. And the parents are just as grateful to have something different to eat than hospital food, and have someone new to talk to.

We always go out for dinner after we're done serving pizza, so be sure to join us for that if you can make it.

If you ride, you can park in front of the hospital, right near the front doors, in front of the giant rabbits. If you drive, park in the parking lot in front of the hospital. Be sure to bring your parking ticket in for validation and get your ID badge at the front desk just inside the front doors.
