Saturday January 30th - Sunday January 31st - SWAP MEET
RMHOG will have it's own booth at the swap meet this year. We will be promoting our chapter, and selling our stuff! We are asking members to gather anything they want to sell, and we will display and sell your items at the booth. You need to CLEARLY mark all items with your name, and asking price. Also, you want to make an inventory list of everything you are selling, and put a bottom line price on that list. Again, mark your items with your ASKING price, and on your list of items, please put a bottom line price. (The minimum you are willing accept). The chapter will ask for 10% of whatever you make in sales, to help pay for the cost of the booth.
We will meet at Rocky Mountain Harley Davidson on Thursday, January 28th, between 5 and 6 pm, to load the items into the truck. All items must be in the building on Friday. You will not be allowed to bring things in the days of the swap meet.
I need volunteers to:
1. Help load items on Thursday
2. Help set up the booth on Friday afternoon
3. Work 2 hour shifts at the swap meet, Saturday and Sunday
4. Help break down and load items on Sunday afternoon.
We need at least 20 people to volunteer a few hours of their time over the weekend to make this happen. Please email Eddie and tell him when you plan on being there, and he can work out a schedule. If you volunteer it is important for you to be there when it is your shift. This worked well last year, so it should be even smoother this year, with your help. We cannot make this work without help from you, the best chapter in the land!

Activity Categories
- All events and rides are considered "closed" unless otherwise noted
- All meetings and dinners are considered "open" unless otherwise noted
Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. chapter members. There are three categories of activities, and all activities are identified as follows:
- CLOSED - Events are those chapter events which are open to chapter members and one guest per member.
- MEMBER - Events are events that are open only to H.O.G. members
- OPEN - Events are those chapter events which are open to chapter members, national H.O.G. members and other guests as desired.
